Dr. Lee Blecher

CSULB~Director & Professor Hospitality Management

Dr. Lee Blecher holds a M.S. from Oregon State University, an MBA from California State University, Long Beach, and Ph.D. from the University of Southern California. He currently is a professor and the director of the Hospitality Management program at California State University, Long Beach. He actively participates in a variety of professional organizations and serves on industry and educational advisory boards. Prior to entering academia, Lee worked in food and beverage operations including contract management services with ARAMARK. Professional designations include Certified Hospitality Educator. Dr. Blecher has authored or co-authored a number of research publications and conference publications on topics related to hospitality operations and education.
